Ignacio Diaz – Strength Training Coach – I would say that my fitness training path began in high school. After spending most of my school years being bullied, I finally decided to do something about it. I began exercising at home when I was 17 years old and I began to build my physical strength. Soon after, I began weight training and that’s when my muscle growth became very noticeable to me. Without realizing it, I was not only training my body but my whole being! My self-confidence grew substantially and I finally felt like I had a voice to be heard. This is why I want to share my experience and knowledge in all things fitness. I want to give the same life changing confidence to all of my clients.

Over the last twenty years I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge from my own fitness trainers, personal research, time spent in the gym observing, as well as the pursuit of my NASM (National) certification in personal training. I will dedicate myself to ensure that each of my clients have a goal specific program that is tailored just for each of you. I am very detail oriented and I will use that same personality trait to get down to the nitty gritty in order to determine the best path forward for you.
