Jackilyn Lowry – Personal Trainer in San Marcos
Jackilyn is a highly skilled and dedicated fitness professional who is thrilled to have finally made her passion her career. With over 18 years of experience in training and weightlifting and 10 years of certification as a personal trainer, Jackilyn has an extensive background in the fitness industry.
In addition to her passion for fitness, Jackilyn has spent the past 7 years working as a police officer in San Diego. During her time as a police officer, she utilized fitness as a means of coping with the stress and demands of the job, as well as staying physically prepared for any challenges that may arise in the field.

Michael Bartkovich – Physical Therapist and Myofascial Release Therapist – I provide a hands on approach with education, treatment, training in functional compensation patterns, and lifestyle awareness. Treatment and programing is personalized to the individual’s current presentation at each visit. My approach combines manual techniques and specific exercise to facilitate movement and optimize physical activity and lifestyle. Treatment can include Myofascial Release, Neural Reset Therapy, Northern Style Thai massage, and more. Programing can include Four Phase Exercise Program developed by Timothy Alloway, PT, Rotational Movement Training developed by David Weck, sports specific training, asymmetrical and bodyweight movement patterns, body building, power lifting, periodization, and more. My approach to the human body incorporates my experience training in various martial arts, rock climbing, parkour, and obstacle courses. My experience includes working outpatient physical therapy, sports–specific training facilities, developing and directing YMCA programs, physical education teaching, and Myofascial Release rehabilitation facilities. I have been treating daily with MFR since 2021.
