With over 18 years of experience in training and weightlifting, and 10 years as a certified personal trainer, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and become your strongest, most confident self.
My Journey
In addition to my passion for fitness, I’ve spent the past 7 years working as a police officer in San Diego. This experience has taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and mental toughness, qualities that I bring to my training sessions.
I’m also a dedicated figure competitor and have developed a true passion for the world of bodybuilding. I believe that fitness has the power to empower women and help them become their best selves.
