Hi, my name is Bryce Ward, and I’m a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping you achieve your fitness goals and transform your life. I’m based in San Marcos and also serve clients in the surrounding areas, including Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, and San Juan Capistrano.
My Journey
My journey in fitness began when I was very young, and I’ve been active my whole life with weightlifting and sports. I started my career playing highly competitive sports such as football and baseball. My competitive drive, teamwork, and determination led to my interest in weightlifting and training, as it was constantly a part of my lifestyle.
I’ve been fortunate to be coached by some of the top trainers in the field, which has shaped my approach to fitness and instilled in me the importance of proper form, technique, and personalized guidance.
My Education and Experience
I graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State San Marcos and am also a NASM-certified personal trainer. I’ve been training individuals for over 4 years now and have been training myself for 8 years. I’m passionate about movement and fitness and excited to share my knowledge and experience with you.
