With 9yrs in the Fitness Industry, Brandon has developed his Primary specialty in Functional Training, Strength Development, and Athletic Performance (main areas include running, race prep, post race recovery, Injury prevention, and lactic acid threshold training).

With a Kinesiology/Nutrition Degree from Mira Costa College, CrossFit Level 1, Spartan SOS and SGX Certifications, Brandon is well equipped to help you reach your fitness goals. He is also an Elite Spartan and Hybrid Athlete, placing top marks in the field, making him a go to for running training and athletic performance in the field.

He takes a scientific approach to fitness, ensuring that every client leaves with a piece of knowledge after each session that will help them conquer any goal, in fitness and in life. This helps each client develop new energizing goals and take an athletic approach themselves to everything they do.
