Hey! I’m Diego Dengel, a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience helping clients transform their lives through fitness. Growing up playing sports like basketball and track — and recently competing in my first bodybuilding show — I’ve always been passionate about movement, competition, and pushing my limits.
